Day 5: Fes - Midelt - Azrou - Ziz-Valley - Erfoud - Merzouga - night in the bivouac

After breakfast we are leaving Fez early in the morning and going to Merzouga, passing through Ifrane to arrive to the cedar forests of Azrou where the wild monkeys are located. It will be good opportunity to take photos of wilderness in Morocco. Lunch in a small Berber village of Zaida. We continue the way through the Atlas Mountains enjoying the landscapes of Midelt to arrive to the small town of Rich and later Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. We drive you to your hotel for some relax at the pool and in the dunes. In the early evening, before sunset, you'll ride the camels to spend the night in desert under the stars, in traditional berber nomad tents. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac.
